ART Visa Review — Refusals and Cancellations
If your visa application has been refused or your visa has been cancelled, you may have the right to seek merits review at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) — a process sometimes informally called a “visa appeal”, though it is a review on the merits rather than a court appeal. The ART can review some, but not all, migration decisions, and review time limits are strict and often very short, so it is important to act quickly and obtain advice as soon as you receive a decision.
