Dr. Mehdi Soodi is the founder and Principal Lawyer & Director of Falcon Immigration & Visa Services. Holding a Legal Practising Certificate issued by the Victorian Legal Services Board, Dr. Soodi provides immigration and visa assistance as a legal practitioner.
Dr. Soodi holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University in Melbourne. With over 20 years of experience as a NAATI Accredited Translator (Persian to English, Accreditation No. 46456), Dr. Soodi has developed an intimate familiarity with Australian immigration and visa-related matters through his extensive translation practice, giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective that benefits his migration law clients. At Falcon Immigration & Visa Services, Dr. Soodi and his team collaborate with a network of trusted professionals — including accountants, lawyers, and specialists across a range of fields — to ensure that the assistance provided to every client meets the highest possible standard.
