Dr Mehdi Soodi is the founder, principal lawyer and director of Falcon Immigration and Visa Services Pty Ltd (trading as Falcon Visas), an incorporated legal practice registered with the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner. He is an Australian legal practitioner holding a current practising certificate issued by the Victorian Legal Services Board, giving clients the confidence of working directly with a qualified lawyer.
Dr Soodi holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law from Victoria University in Melbourne. With more than 20 years of experience as a NAATI-accredited Persian to English translator (Accreditation No. 46456), he has developed a strong familiarity with the documentation involved in Australian immigration and visa matters — a well-rounded perspective that benefits many migration clients.
